Load an image from memory. if "createtexture" is 0 it returns image id, if is 1 return texture id
DrawImage(image, x, y, width, height)
Draws the image "imagen" in the position "x" & "y" with the size "ancho" & "alto"

Load an MP3 from memory.

Play the MP3 file loaded with LoadMusic()
