Изменения:

- Screen position can be changed with the left analog stick within kernelloader. Don't expect any effect in Linux. In Linux you need to use the new setcrtmode from CVS.
- Fixed pink screen problem with component signal (YPbPr)
- Fixed problems with VGA signal.
- Added better BSD Support (still not fully working).
- Reworked code (mainly debug code, sharedmem.irx).
- Buttons L2 and R2 select the screen mode within kernelloader (VESA, 480P, NTSC or PAL). 480P may have problems on the right side of the screen, I can't test this.
- The keys "+" and "-" on a connected USB keyboard switch the screen mode. On the US layout the keys are left to the delete key (sign < X |). For "+" you need to press the SHIFT key at the same time. If you don't have an US keyboard, the keys may have differnt signs on it. For details see wikipedia.
- Add auto detection of sound modules from rom1.
- Add menu for showing versions of PS2 ROM, rom1:LIBSD, hardware and kernelloader.
- Don't show error if HDD adapter is not connected.
- Added unionfs-1.0.14 to kernel patches. This is required to get a full featured live DVD (write support).

Note: Not all network status information is available on slim PSTwo.

- Support for loading files in kernelloader from HTTP server (DNS supports TCP server only, no UDP server).
- Fixed USB problems on slim PSTwo when loading sound modules.
- Fixed problems with new modules (modules with X as first letter in ROM0).
- IRX modules in kernelloader can be reloaded to activate change IP configuration.

PS2 Doom v1.0.5.0

Обновился порт игры Doom до версии 1.0.5.0.

Изменения в этой версии:

- Simple but funcional wad selector
- Controller almost fully configurable using the configuration file (ps2doom.config)
- HDD support (at last). Thanks Adilson for the boring work
- Now uses freesd instead of rom0:LIBSD. Japanese users should be happy now. And PS3 compatible now?
- For doom2 wads, sound is no longer half sampled. Sounds the same to me...

PS2 Linux Kernel Loader 2.0

Новый Kernel Loader 2.0 для установки ОС Linux на USB устройства.

Новые возможности:

- Легкая установка, просто выберите опцию "Restore defaults" в меню "configuration", чтобы автоматически получить оптимальную конфигурацию.

- Поддержка сети на слим версии

- Одно и то же ядро Linux может быть использовано как в слим версии так и в фат. Это первый релиз, который имеет поддержку сети на слим версии

- Для переключения между слим и фат, вам необходимо выбрать опцию "Restore defaults" или не загружать конфигурацию с карты памяти (например, не вставив карту памяти, при загрузке kernelloader`а).

- Нет проблем с USB.

- Исправлены баги определения PAL / NTSC режимов на слим версии

прим. на слим версиях доступна не вся информация о статусе сети

Рекомендуемое ядро Линукс включено в архив.

PS2 Doom v1.0.4.1

Обновился порт игры Doom до версии 1.0.4.1.

- Savegame handling for different WAD : Now savegames from doom1 and doom2 and other WADs can happy cohexist at the same memory card

Important: This means that your previous saves needs to be renamed at the PS2DOOM memory
card folder. Use uLaunchELF for that (copy the save files to a USB storage device for
example, rename those at your computer - see below, delete those same files at the memory
card and copy the renamed saves from the USB device back to the PS2DOOM memory card
folder). Refer to uLaunchELF documentation for this operations (I won't offer help at
this subject).

Until now, the saves follows the scheme for all the WADs : doomsav0.dsg, doomsav1.dsg,
and so on. For now on, the saves reflect the WAD name:

For doom2.wad savegames, you should use the the naming scheme : doom2sav0.dsg, doom2sav1.dsg, etc. Similarly for doom1.wad saves, this will be doom1sav0.dsg, doom1sav1.dsg.

For doom.wad, the filenames should be doomsav0.dsg, etc. You get the picture (sorry to explain this to detail, but I wanted to keep this clear).

- Should work with the doom2f.wad (I don't own it)
- Previous/next weapon selection was buggy (some weapons weren't selectable) - fixed
- Fixed a crash when a lump is not found (doom.wad at "menu slideshow") - original sources bug?
- Save/load file handle fixed (no more trying to load/save from empty slots)

Doom II - Hell On Earth для PS2
