kolan, дошли руки попробовать - всё то же самое, пока не удалишь FCEUltra.cfg он не запустится. Может у меня эмуль левый или бэта какя-то.........

Диск в приводе есть или нет когда эмуль запускаешь?

Просто у меня такой глюк был, первый раз был связан с отсутствием диска в приводе, второй раз в выбором PAL региона (когда эмуль не хотел грузиться если в конфиг сохранялся как предустановленный регион PAL)
