Implemented proper server stopping. Fixed crash when stopping the server.

Changed Server text not to include the port, because it induced to confusion and provided unnecessary information.
IP Address on windows should now display the actual IP Address of the machine, not 0.0.0.0

Fixed a bug that would not allow windows users to host the server
