• Add ability to install packages from Direct Links. The package will be downloaded directly to the PS4 and installed.

Direct links are links that can be reached without being redirected to a webpage where it requires captcha or timers.
Example of direct links are GitHub release artifacts. Google shared file links is the only exception since I could parse the webpage to obtain the direct links.
