How to load:

• Added a button to open PlayStation internal debug menu. Please be careful here if you don't know what you are doing don't press it.
• Payload loader Daemon will now install with toolbox.

• Fixes hopefully more issues with RAM and VRAM. Their total usagable may not be correct yet.
• RAM and VRAM now show percentage of usage.
• Loader now does not need to reload the UI. Still needs testing, if people have issues with Configs or Icons not working this is why.
• Adds a thread for monitoring system statistics to hopefully take the load off the render thread.
