It is designed for BLOD PS5 consoles (or those that cannot boot) but it is designed to detect any sort of error.

A USB TTL device and the pinout for the PS4 southbridge for your model!

Wire up your USB TTL device to the UART points (See attached diagrams!) then run the program. 
The program will then search for the PS5. Plug AC power into the PS5, so long as the southbridge works it will prompt that its been detected.
From here you can get the code results! I recommend clearing logs and attempting to boot the console to understand your current issue better.
Codes will primarily be from a pre-boot stage, but there are a large number of post-boot errors that my program will now detect.

Try RX->RX, TX->TX, GND->GND - if that doesn't work just do RX->TX, TX->RX, GND->GND - if that doesn't work flip it!
Some USB TTL devices care about this, some don't. It's not going to damage anything if you wire it incorrectly.
Some UART devices have fake chips and the problem could be a wrong driver. Try changing device and or updating drivers.

Codes are updated automatically via my online database. Updating the program rarely influences error code outputs.

With the board positioned up and the RAM facing you the top row is the top 4 RAM chips and the bottom row is the bottom 4.
Top row from left to right is 1, 2, 3 ,4 - Bottom row from left to right is 8, 7, 6, 5.

Your PS5 is not getting a proper reply from the error code commands. No ground wire or loose wiring on USB TTL.
Another possibility is that you're sending commands too quickly. Unplug everything and try later.

Make a file called 'com.ini' in the same directory and in the first line put your desired COM port, so 'COM6' for example. The program will select that forever until you delete the ini file.

You may have a bad fuse F7003 - if it tests okay, bridge it (don't) or replace it regardless.
Or simply confirm power is indeed getting to the Southbridge!

Stolen properly basically. Amoamare and another person hacked a honeypotted (deliberately vulnerable) database from an old version of my program and published it as their own. 
I don't support thieves and neither should you. So you can either play with fake/misleading/old codes or use my database of tens of thousands of curated codes.
Be aware, if you are using these programs you won't be able to use mine and your access may be revoked.

I protect my programs with Themida. The problem with this is that heuristically some AV software see it as a threat.
This is totally fine and normal, but also very annoying and unavoidable.

4 - Clear Error Codes

Clears the entire log. I recommend this as your first step, then rebooting or unplugging and re-plugging AC.
