Which one should I download?

I want to build PKGs, edit SFOs, or extract files:

• Download PkgEditor or PkgTool.
  • PkgEditor is a graphical tool, Windows (or Mono) only.
  • PkgTool is a command-line tool suitable for use in homebrew build scripts, etc. Windows, Mac, and Linux builds are available.
