SP193 - Fixed renaming functionality for USBExtreme games + DEV9 will not be activated unless either Ethernet or ATA is used:
Fixed renaming functionality for USBExtreme games (Broken since 113ede7 on 2010/12/19).
Updated to use the new design for the HDD and PFS modules from PS2SDK (better maintainability).
Changed support for USBExtreme games to use a structure and to not use the buffered I/O functions (which are for text config files).
Changed loading of DEV9 to only load when either the Ethernet or ATA interfaces have to be used, so that fat PS2s will not always have their expansion bays activated.
Fix from AKuHAK to textures.c, to be more compliant with C.
This version also includes the current changes/fixes made to:
